We are seeking a sales professional for Business Development in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar
- Experience with B-to-B sales preferably in New Technologies .
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the corporate world and of Human Resources
- Adaptability and flexibility- open to new ideas and change
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills (flexible and responsive in dealing with people)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Responsible, ambitious, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently.
You will be working closely with the Sales team on the following:
- Prospecting new clients
- Identification of potential clients
- Identification of the decision makers and definition of their needs
- Propose suitable solutions
- Conception of detailed business offers
- Negotiate leads and deal closure
- Participation in commercial events (trade shows, exhibitions, etc.) if required
- Market analysis / Business Intelligence
- Regular reporting
