  • An ongoing 90 day cycle of performance, coaching and mentoring program

Getting you up to speed: We've created and refined an internal training program for all our Business Associates [franchisees] to take them through the highlights and hurdles of their business. *Straight-talk and streamlined processes are presented in workshops and face to face meetings. You'll also find refreshing inspiration at our team building days and annual planning weekends. Wits N Skills' Business Associates [franchisees] receive a comprehensive training programme before commencing their recruitment business. This takes the form of a one-week interactive course at Wits N Skills' head office in Ahmedabad, INDIA. By the end of the programme the Business Associate will be equipped with all the tools, knowledge and information needed to successfully launch their recruitment business.
