• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, city, current role and years of experience
• Assessment responses: your answers to our career aptitude, personality, and domain assessments
• Payment information: processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details
• Usage data: pages visited, assessment completion time, and general site usage patterns

2. How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalised career report and matching scores
• Create your TalentOrbit recruiter profile (only with your explicit consent)
• Send you your report and account-related emails
• Improve our assessment algorithms and career matching engine
• Process your payments securely via Razorpay

3. TalentOrbit integration

If you choose to create a TalentOrbit profile (available on Premium and Pro plans), the following data is shared with TalentOrbit:

• Your name, city, job title and years of experience
• Your career fit scores and top career matches
• Your Career Readiness Index score (Pro plan only)
• Your personality summary

Your email address is not shared with employers. Recruiters can only contact you through the TalentOrbit platform after you choose to connect with them.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will action deletion requests within 14 days.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-generated career narratives (your data is processed but not stored by Anthropic for training)
• TalentOrbit — recruiter profile creation (only with your consent)

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for TalentOrbit profile sharing at any time
