By using WitsNSkills at witsnskills.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. The service
WitsNSkills provides online career assessment tools including aptitude tests, personality assessments, and domain knowledge benchmarks. Our platform generates personalised career reports and, where applicable, creates candidate profiles on TalentOrbit. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WitsNSkills. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for your own career development purposes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and refunds
Premium and Pro plan payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Due to the digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report generation, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours.
5. Assessment results
Our career assessments are designed to provide guidance and are based on established psychometric frameworks. Results are indicative and should not be the sole basis for major career decisions. We make no guarantee that career matches will result in employment in those fields.
6. Intellectual property
All content on WitsNSkills — including assessment questions, scoring algorithms, career descriptions, and report templates — is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. TalentOrbit integration
Creating a TalentOrbit profile is optional and requires your explicit consent. By clicking "Create TalentOrbit profile", you authorise us to share your assessment results and profile information with TalentOrbit. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of liability
WitsNSkills is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your assessment.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
